Ordering methods and price

Customers can place all their orders from the website: www.behoney.es

Each customer declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through www.behoney.es.

By clicking the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the member declares that he or she fully and unreservedly accepts all of these General Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by www.behoney.es constitutes proof of transactions between BEHONEY.ES and the members of its Private Community. BEHONEY.ES will confirm your order by sending an email.

The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.

All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but shipping costs are not included.

BEHONEY.ES reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to product availability), except in the case of obvious typographical errors.

The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been made.

BEHONEY.ES reserves the right to reject an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.

Availability

BEHONEY.ES will do everything possible to satisfy all its customers' demands for its products.

If the product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email of the cancellation.

Following this request, the speed of the refund to the customer's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again specified in the "Delivery" clause.

Pay

  • Payment by card or BIZUM:
    Purchases are made by bank card. The accepted bank cards are Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged to the payment card number entered by the customer in the Redsys payment gateway. Our payment gateway is developed according to the standards and specifications of international brands (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, J-Secure, etc.), which ensures its reliability.
  • If the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) reports a card denial, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be informed online of the cancellation.
  • Bank transfer.
    This payment method will incur no cost to the customer from www.behoney.es, however, their bank may apply fees or other charges not related to www.behoney.es.
    To make the payment for an order, it must include:
    Order number.
    Name of the person making the transfer.
    It must be addressed to BEHONEY.ES at the account number provided by the company.
    Send the payment receipt to: behoney@www.behoney.es with the subject "payment receipt order number xxxxx".

Security

For your security, BEHONEY.ES has entrusted the credit card payment system to a payment gateway.

Bank details are processed directly through Redsys' secure payment gateway, encrypted, and securely transmitted to the bank's servers. They are then verified with the issuing bank to prevent potential fraud and abuse.

This data entry procedure is secured by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available. This means that no third party will have access via the Internet to the banking information entered by the customer.

Only the Bank has access to the banking details linked to these payment methods, so BEHONEY.ES does not know or record these details during the payment transaction.

Delivery

BEHONEY.ES will ship the products to the address specified by the buyer. Each time an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email, WhatsApp message, or phone call.

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, except in promotions where otherwise indicated.

Free shipping promotion for orders equal to or greater than €15 is only available within Spain within the Iberian Peninsula and cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discount or promotion unless otherwise stated.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available on BEHONEY.ES once payment is confirmed. You can view it using the "Your Orders" link after the email is sent. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.

BEHONEY.ES will ask its customers to choose the delivery location, specifying their home, office, or center where they would like the product delivered.

Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with shipping. Delivery times range from 48 to 72 hours during business hours. Orders will be shipped within the next 48 hours on business days. If it's urgent, please contact us by phone at 968828030 or WhatsApp at 699326653 to see if we can expedite your order. This is except for personalized orders, which will be shipped once the customization has been confirmed via WhatsApp or email.

If a delivery is requested at a later date, it can only be cancelled within 15 days of the order date.

BEHONEY.ES will inform the customer of the order's departure from the distribution warehouse by sending an email, WhatsApp message, or text message from the shipping agency.

Each delivery is considered complete upon the delivery of the product to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and then make any justified reservations and complaints. They may also refuse the package if it has been opened or if it shows obvious signs of damage.

Reservations and complaints should be directed to BEHONEY.ES by email at the address found on the BEHONEY.ES website.

Return

The products sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law, except for food products, and personalized products , food products may only be returned in case of error by BEHONEY.ES in the product sent with respect to the product selected by the CUSTOMER, and personalized products may only be returned due to an error by BEHONEY.ES in the customization with respect to that requested by the CUSTOMER.

The customer must first indicate their intention by email. BEHONEY.ES will respond via another email with precise instructions for returning the product.

Return costs will be borne by the customer:

The refund to the customer's account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by BEHONEY.ES.

Returns cannot be made under any circumstances if the products supplied have been clearly worn, or if the food safety seal or part of the packaging has been damaged.

Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer), with all accessories, instructions, and documentation. They will be sent to the location specified by BEHONEY.ES in the detailed product return instructions sent by email.

In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because they believe the product being returned has been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse for collection by the customer for a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of return.

Packages without any identifying information (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be borne by the sender, who must send it securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

Through BEHONEY.ES, you can return purchased products for the full amount of the returned product. Once the returned product(s) are received, BEHONEY.ES will verify that they are in good condition and refund the amount paid less shipping costs, regardless of the value of the returned product.

Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount.

Warranty

Warranties and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this law, the seller is obligated to deliver products to the consumer and user that comply with the contract, and is liable for any lack of conformity. Consumers and users have the right to product repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.

Liability, litigation and applicable law

BEHONEY.ES cannot be held liable for breach of contract in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly involving postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, or fire. In the event of a dispute, the Member shall first contact BEHONEY.ES to seek an amicable resolution.

The Courts of Murcia have exclusive jurisdiction. These general conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute arising regarding their validity, interpretation, or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of Murcia, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly assigned.

Modification of the general conditions of sale

BEHONEY.ES reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, delete, or add content and services provided through the site, as well as the way in which they appear or are located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the User each time they make a purchase through the website www.behoney.es

Members of the "BEHONEY.ES Private Community" who do not agree with the modifications to the general terms and conditions must notify the court and, as of the date the new version comes into effect, must cease using the BEHONEY.ES services. If any of the terms of the general terms and conditions are found to be illegal or unenforceable, they shall be null and void, and the provisions of the agreement between the parties shall apply, or, failing that, the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code.
