The Points program rewards your loyalty as a customer. The following terms and conditions apply to the general structure and rules of the program, including the accumulation of Points and their exchange for discounts at www.behoney.es, hereinafter behoney
All registered behoney customers who have a behoney customer account can participate in the Points program. Participation is free and is done through the customer account of my account.
2.1 General
The Points program allows any participant to accumulate Points that will be added to their account. Points can only be used under the terms of the participation conditions. Points from other programs cannot be converted to Points. The balances and credits of the Points cannot be transferred from one account to another, nor can they be exchanged for money under any circumstances. The current balance of the Points can be consulted in the personal space of my account anytime.
2.2 Acquisition of Points
The acquisition of Points is automatic for all orders placed after September 6, 2020, as soon as the payment has been registered in our system. Points will be credited to your personal account for each order paid for and delivered. The number of Points is determined by the purchase amount; 1 Point will be earned for every euro spent; for example, an order of €15.25 will earn 15 Points. Additionally, additional Points may be credited to your account in the event of special offers. In the event that two or more Points offers coincide and are marked as "not combinable with other promotions" or similar, the most beneficial promotion for the customer will be applied.
2.3 Exclusions from the Points program
Points cannot be accumulated in the following cases: for items whose purchase price is equivalent to € 0 (for example, free samples, prizes, etc.), vouchers exchanged, discount coupons and other particular cases such as the return of orders. behoney reserves the right to deny the credits of the Points in cases not mentioned within the present conditions of participation. A maximum of 7,000 Points will be credited per calendar year. Once this figure is reached, no more Points will be added to the account until the end of the year.
2.4 How the Points program works
Points will be automatically credited to your personal account the moment the order payment has been made and the order has been delivered. Points will be added to the customer account provided in the order. If a customer places an order using other behoney customer accounts, the Points will be credited respectively to the account from which the order was placed. It is not possible to transfer Points from one account to another.
2.5 Expiration of Points
If the Points are not redeemed within 365 days after being registered in the customer's personal account. Likewise, the Points will expire if the customer account is closed for justified reasons. Points obtained from special promotions may have a shorter validity period.
3.1 Friends
Siendo ya cliente y comprador de behoney, comparte con tus amigo tu experiencia de compra en behoney y recomiéndanos, y si tu amigo aun no es cliente de behoney, y tu amigo al realizar su primera compra en www.behoney.es en el campo «Notas del pedido» nos indica tu dirección de mail* con la que estas registrado como cliente en www.behoney.es, tu amigo obtendrá el doble de puntos por esta compra, si es inferior a 30€ y tú los mismos puntos que el en el, y si el pedido es superior a 30€ tu amigo obtendrá 200 puntos extra, y tu los mismos puntos del pedido, puntos extra no incluidos. Estos puntos serán incluidos en vuestras cuentas de puntos de www.behoney.es una vez confirmado el pago del pedido, y el pedido haya sido entregado.

For example, if on your first purchase without being recommended you were going to get 34 points, by indicating the email address in the "Order Notes" field at the end of your purchase, of a friend who has recommended you, as long as your friend is already a registered customer of our online store with a purchase made, by being recommended, you get 268 points for your first purchase, and your friend another 68 points for recommending you.
4.1 General
Any participant can redeem their Points for discounts at the time of payment on behoney. A maximum of 30% of the order subtotal can be redeemed. Redemption of points cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise specified in the specifications of the discount or coupon to be applied. Points cannot be redeemed for shipping costs.
4.2 Conditions for the redemption of Points
The value is 100 points x €1 discount.
5.1 Termination of the Points Program
behoney reserves the right to terminate the Points program or replace it with another program at any time.
5.2 Modifications
behoney reserves the right to change or modify the conditions of participation, prizes, or other operating procedures of the Points program at any time. Participants' claims for damages against behoney due to country-specific legal changes are excluded. Changes or additions to the conditions of participation will be published on our website.
