In the Availability form

  • Notify of availability at the establishment of the person in charge.

  • Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, to clients, that enables commercial communications regarding products or services that are similar to those initially contracted with the client (Article 21.2 LSSI).

  • When the product is available, along with the availability notification of the requested product, you will be sent a discount coupon valid for the requested product.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal requirements dictate their safekeeping. When no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their complete destruction.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our providers of services related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights that assist the USER are:

  • Right to access, rectify, transfer, and erase your data, as well as to restrict or oppose its processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to process their request, and that the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The CONTROLLER informs you that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
