Espliego

What is raw forest honey?
Raw forest honey is different from processed honey, raw honey means that the honey is packed from the hive to the jar with minimal interference, preserving all the minerals, vitamins, pollen, propolis, jelly and more additives typical of the raw honey.
Most industrial honey is highly processed so that it always looks the same and attractive, as a consequence of these processes and pasteurization carried out by many producers, enzymes, pollens and most of the properties of honey are lost.
Keep in mind that raw honey crystallizes and this is a natural process that occurs mainly due to the natural glucose in raw honey.

CRYSTALLIZATION
The crystallization process is something natural in raw honey, it is a process by which the honey hardens. You can consume it perfectly in this state, but if you want to reverse this state, simply place it in a water bath for a few minutes, trying not to exceed 40º.
