La miel cruda de azahar es una miel pura muy agradable y ligera. Una de las favoritas de los niños, tiene un sutil y delicado sabor a naranja y un toque de flora herbal. Es una miel reconocida mundialmente por chefs y sumilleres.
Esta es una miel pura de flor de cítrico de sabor muy agradable y tiene un suave toque de naranja. Proviene de abejas que se alimentan de las flores de los naranjos y limoneros mediterráneos, la floración comienza a finales de marzo y finaliza a principio de mayo, a diferencia de la miel de árbol que proviene de la savia, estas variedades de miel de flor son mucho más livianas en sabor y color y tienden a cristalizarse más rápido debido a los niveles más altos de glucosa.
